Featuring a striking facade with bold, colorful signage, the center invites visitors to explore its diverse offerings. Inside, the facility boasts versatile spaces for performances, exhibitions, and community gatherings, equipped with modern technology and amenities to support a wide range of artistic endeavors. Thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and cultural exchange, the ACE Building serves as a platform for local artists and organizations, enriching the cultural landscape of Edinburg and providing a dynamic venue for events and celebrations.

The new campus is also a vehicular fleet center for the PUB. The utility’s vehicles will be fueled and washed at the facility, with maintenance work also done there. There are over 100 employee parking spaces and paving for PUB’s 250 vehicles at the new Service Yard.

Expansive glass facades allow natural light to flood the interiors, promoting a bright and productive environment. The layout is thoughtfully organized to facilitate collaboration among staff while providing public access areas for community interactions. This annex represents Brownsville’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in public services, making it a vital hub for both operational excellence and community connection.
