BMat Bench

Edinburg Parking Garage

As Project Manager at ERO Architects, Edgar Villanueva developed the design strategy for this innovative parking structure that transforms essential infrastructure into an activated mixed-use destination energizing Edinburg’s downtown core. The design integrates structured parking with ground-level commercial tenant spaces, creating street-level vitality and pedestrian engagement while efficiently serving downtown parking demand.

The building’s contemporary facade features vertical metal panel cladding with prominent City of Edinburg branding, establishing a strong civic identity while concealing the utilitarian parking structure behind. Colorful retail storefronts along the street edge, sheltered by vine-covered pergolas and landscaped pedestrian zones, create an inviting retail corridor that encourages foot traffic and supports local businesses. Strategic vertical tower elements and architectural lighting enhance the building’s presence as a downtown landmark. Edinburg ACE

Brownsville PUB Service Yards

The new campus is also a vehicular fleet center for the PUB. The utility’s vehicles will be fueled and washed at the facility, with maintenance work also done there. There are over 100 employee parking spaces and paving for PUB’s 250 vehicles at the new Service Yard.

T.A. Brown Elementary

The modernized campus is 75,766 square feet in area on a 7.2 acre tree-lined lot. The interior is a set of flexible education environments for collaborative, interdisciplinary, individual-centered and project-based learning

Vasquez Residence
